This Brand Agreement is entered into between you (“Brand”) and AIUGCs and applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By posting a bounty or accepting submissions, you agree to the terms below.
1. Bounty briefs
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and clarity of every bounty brief you post. Briefs must not request content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights.
2. Approval and payment
- You agree to review submissions in a timely manner.
- Approved submissions trigger payout to the creator at the bounty amount.
- Funds for live bounties may be held by our payment partners until release conditions are met.
3. Ownership of content
Once you approve a submission and payment is captured, the creator assigns all right, title, and interest in that content to you, including all intellectual property rights. The finished ad is your property, your digital IP, and you may use it without restriction. Creators may reference the work in their portfolio but may not post it on their own channels or use it commercially.
4. Brand assets
You grant AIUGCs a limited licence to display logos and brand assets you upload solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g. showing your logo on your bounties).
5. Suspension
We may suspend or remove your account for non-payment, abusive conduct, or repeated violations of these terms.
