This Creator Agreement is entered into between you (“Creator”) and AIUGCs and applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By claiming a bounty or submitting content through the Service, you accept the terms below.
1. Content rights
Until a submission is approved and paid for, you retain ownership of it. On approval and payment of an accepted submission, you assign to the relevant brand all right, title, and interest in that content, including all intellectual property rights. The finished ad becomes the brand's property outright. You may reference the work in your portfolio as work you have done, but you may not post it on your own channels or use it commercially.
2. Originality and rights to deliver
- You confirm that all content you submit is original or properly licensed.
- You confirm that any AI-generated content used does not infringe third-party rights.
- You will not submit content depicting real individuals without their consent.
3. Payments
Approved submissions are paid out via the payment rail selected for the bounty (Whop or Stripe). Payouts are made in the amount specified on the bounty, less any platform fees disclosed at acceptance.
4. Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully with brands, deliver on agreed timelines, and follow brand guidance provided in bounty briefs.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or remove your account for repeated rejected submissions, abusive conduct, or violations of these terms.
