This Creator Agreement is entered into between you (“Creator”) and AIUGCs and applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By claiming a bounty or submitting content through the Service, you accept the terms below.
1. Content rights
For each accepted submission, you grant the relevant brand a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for the purposes set out in the bounty brief. You retain ownership of the underlying creative outside of that licence.
2. Originality and rights to deliver
- You confirm that all content you submit is original or properly licensed.
- You confirm that any AI-generated content used does not infringe third-party rights.
- You will not submit content depicting real individuals without their consent.
3. Payments
Approved submissions are paid out via the payment rail selected for the bounty (Whop or Stripe). Payouts are made in the amount specified on the bounty, less any platform fees disclosed at acceptance.
4. Conduct
You agree to communicate respectfully with brands, deliver on agreed timelines, and follow brand guidance provided in bounty briefs.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or remove your account for repeated rejected submissions, abusive conduct, or violations of these terms.
