This Reviewer Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Reviewer NDA”) governs your access to unapproved creator submissions on AIUGCs. By clicking “Agree & view” on a submission screener, you accept the terms below.
1. Confidential material
Unapproved submissions are confidential. They are screener cuts delivered solely so you can decide whether to approve, reject, or request changes against the bounty brief. They are not licensed to you for any other purpose until you approve the submission and payment is captured.
2. No recording or redistribution
- You agree not to record, screen-capture, mirror, or otherwise duplicate the screener.
- You agree not to share the screener, in whole or in part, with anyone outside your organisation, including on social media, messaging apps, or other platforms.
- You agree not to use the screener for training, benchmarking, or any commercial purpose other than the review decision.
3. Access logging
Submissions are logged against the signed-in reviewer, the bounty, and the time of viewing. Any leaked screener can be traced back to a specific reviewer account via these access logs, and any such leak constitutes a breach of this Reviewer NDA.
4. Term
The confidentiality obligations in this Reviewer NDA apply immediately on acceptance and continue indefinitely with respect to any submission you do not approve. For submissions you approve and pay for, the licence terms in the Brand Agreement and Creator Agreement apply in addition to this Reviewer NDA.
5. Record of acceptance
We record the moment you click “Agree & view” on this device so the AIUGCs dashboard can surface a “Reviewer NDA accepted <date>” chip next to the submitted line. The record is local to the device and identity used at acceptance.
