Welcome to AIUGCs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIUGCs platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, posting unlawful content, or interfering with the operation of the platform.
4. Intellectual property
All content uploaded by creators remains the property of the creator unless explicitly transferred under a Creator Agreement. The AIUGCs name, logo, and platform code are owned by AIUGCs and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIUGCs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
