Creator Agreement

To become a creator on AIUGCs, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) complete our application process and be approved by our team; and (d) maintain a Stripe Connect account in good standing to receive payouts.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time if you violate this Agreement or our platform standards.

As an approved creator, you agree to:

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date profile, including your portfolio, niche tags, and content style.
• Submit original content that meets the requirements specified in each bounty brief.
• Respond to revision requests from brands within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48–72 hours).
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with brands through the platform's messaging system.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws, advertising disclosure requirements, and data protection regulations.
• Not submit content that infringes on the rights of any third party.

All content submitted through AIUGCs must meet the following standards:

• Originality: Content must be original and created by you. You may not submit AI-generated content that was created by another creator or repurpose previously submitted content.
• Quality: Content must meet minimum technical quality standards (resolution, audio clarity, lighting) as specified in bounty requirements.
• Accuracy: Content must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about the brand's products or services.
• Compliance: Content must comply with FTC guidelines for sponsored content and any applicable advertising standards.
• Appropriateness: Content must not contain explicit, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit non-compliant content.

You retain ownership of the content you create. However, by submitting content to a bounty and receiving payment upon approval, you grant the brand a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content for commercial purposes, including in paid advertising campaigns.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to license all elements of the content you submit; (b) the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; and (c) you have obtained all necessary releases and permissions for any individuals, music, or third-party materials appearing in the content.

AIUGCs may use your name, likeness, and content samples for platform marketing and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in marketing materials. You may opt out of this use by contacting us at [email protected].

You will receive payment for each submission that is approved by a brand. The payout amount is the bounty amount specified in the bounty brief, minus the platform fee described in Section 6.

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's identity verification and onboarding process to receive payments. AIUGCs is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe's verification process or banking system delays.

Payouts are typically processed within 2–5 business days of a brand approving your submission. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts if there is a dispute, suspected fraud, or violation of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your earnings from the platform. AIUGCs will provide tax documentation (e.g., 1099 forms) as required by applicable law.

AIUGCs charges a platform fee of 10% of each approved bounty payout. This fee is deducted automatically before your payout is processed. For example, if a bounty pays $100 and your submission is approved, you will receive $90.

We reserve the right to modify the platform fee with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new fee structure.

As a creator, you must not:

• Submit content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform by arranging payments directly with brands outside of AIUGCs.
• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity.
• Engage in any form of fraud, including submitting fake or plagiarized content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse brands or other platform users.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform's technology.

We may suspend or terminate your creator account at any time if you: (a) violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service; (b) receive consistently low quality ratings or high revision rates; (c) engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct; or (d) fail to maintain your Stripe Connect account in good standing.

Upon termination, any pending payouts for approved submissions will be processed according to our standard payout schedule. Payouts for submissions that are under review or disputed at the time of termination may be withheld pending resolution.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Closing your account does not affect any licenses already granted to brands for approved content.

By using the platform as a creator, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement; (b) your participation does not violate any other agreement you are party to; (c) all information you provide is accurate and complete; and (d) you will comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIUGCs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
