1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via OAuth providers such as Google).
Profile information: Creators provide a bio, tagline, niche tags, portfolio links, and social media handles. Brands provide company name, website, and industry information.
Content: Creators upload video and image content as portfolio items and bounty submissions. This content is stored securely and associated with your account.
Payment information: We collect payment data through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment details — only Stripe customer and account identifiers.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken, to improve our services.
Communications: Messages sent between brands and creators on the Platform are stored to facilitate the service and resolve disputes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
- Process payments and manage transactions
- Match brands with suitable creators
- Send transactional emails (order updates, OTP codes, notifications)
- Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud
- Respond to support requests and resolve disputes
- Analyse usage patterns to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
With other users: Creator profiles (name, bio, portfolio, ratings) are visible to brands. Brand names and company information are visible to creators when relevant to a bounty.
Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate the Platform, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and cloud storage providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIUGCs, our users, or the public.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
